International Journal of Educational management and Administration (IJEMA) is an online and Print Journal published in English language. IJEMA is a monthly journal for researchers in the field of Education, education management and administration. IJEMA aims to offer high quality and refereed research by exposing the submitted manuscripts through a rigorous peer review process. Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by three reviewers and for any paper to qualify for publication, at least two of the peer reviewers must consent to it otherwise the manuscript is rejected.
