Abstract

This research explores the utilization of library support services and its potential impact on learner retention within the context of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) in selected public universities in Kenya. The study aims to understand how students engage with library resources and services in the ODL environment and examine whether there is a correlation between library utilization and learner retention rates
